AUBREY SCHNEIDER
Aubrey who has many success years in the real estate industry, formed and headed the property development division of the Brian Falconer Property Group. Aubrey has over 3 decades of experience in development of land into successful turnkey projects which both investors and clients are overwhelmed with the final achievements. Aubrey’s unique strength is to identify development opportunities that suit both the community and economy at the time as well as identifying and negotiating appropriate and effective partnership deals. Aubrey has received many property related awards including the Nedbank Movers and Shakers Award which is given to the select few who provide outstanding service to the real estate industry. This process was governed by an independent panel of judges including Nedbank’s C.E.O.
STEVE ZAGEY
Steve holds a Bcom Degree from the University of South Africa and an MBA from Thames Valley University (UK). His financial knowledge and experience in deal making, financial structuring and negotiating has been key to the success and growth of the organisation.
CHERYL CHETTY –Operations Manager and Personal Assistant to MD
Cheryl is a dynamic person and has the unique ability to be able to interact with people of all levels and from all walks of life. With a keen eye for opportunities Cheryl adds her own dynamic spice to the team. Cheryl has been an integral part of the team since Brian Falconer Property Group’s days, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her.
NELSON MASOHA – Building Manager
Nelson formerly with Brian Falconer Group, is a formidable salesperson and a force to reckon with. He has been involved in 10 property developments and has a lot of experience within the property industry. His passion to successful implementation of everything he is tasked with has been fundamental to the company. Nelson has grown within the company, and now holds a senior position in managing people, tenants and rental collections. With him in the team, all operational logistics are managed flawlessly.
DIENKIE PRETORIUS – Accounts Manager
Dienkie is a qualified project manager with over thirteen years in the banking industry and a further twenty years spent in business administration and construction. Dienkie has a vast knowledge of developments as well as civil construction. Dienkie manages all the day to day financial aspects within Siyathembana Project Management and Development (PTY) Ltd.
RIA LE ROUX – Office Administrator And Bookkeeper
Ria hails from the banking industry where she spent over thirty years in various positions culminating in running and managing an entire branch.
NOBUHLE NDLOVU – Bookkeeper
EDWIN MUTUNHA – Junior Manager to the MD
Edwin has a great background in the management and security system. He holds a high risk position within the company and dependable , He runs the day to day of the company , hard working person and have a passion for his job
